Florian Lanzer
Founder & FacilitatorFlorian founded Lucid Horizons and is the facilitator you'll work with directly, across the psilocybin journeys and all coaching. He's a certified trauma-informed facilitator with a Johns Hopkins certificate in psychedelic science and medicine and MAPS crisis-intervention training, alongside more than ten years of his own experience with psychedelics.
Before this, he spent over a decade as a partner in strategy and innovation consulting, advising founders and executives across many industries. He's also the author of several books, including High Achievers: Psychedelics and the Search for a Meaningful Life.
Business Development & FacilitatorDaniela Y. Tati
Daniela leads the business and brand development at Lucid Horizons, and co-facilitates with Florian on select journeys including sessions with couples, groups, and women. She has trained in psychedelic science and medicine at Johns Hopkins and in MAPS crisis intervention, and has spent years deepening her own relationship with this work.
As a journalist and host, she also leads the editorial direction of Lucid Horizons Magazine, where she writes about psychedelics, consciousness, and the culture around both.
