  • No results or specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

4. Safety and Exclusions

All participants must complete an intake and screening process before any psilocybin journey, to assess safety and suitability.

Psilocybin experiences are not suitable for everyone. The following are common reasons participation may be excluded. This is not a complete list; suitability is always established individually during screening. Participation is generally not appropriate for individuals who:

  • Are under 18 years of age

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder

  • Have serious cardiovascular disease or other medical contraindications

  • Are currently taking medications that may interact with psilocybin (for example SSRIs, MAOIs, lithium, or tramadol)

  • To the extent permitted by law, Lucid Horizons and Florian Lanzer accept no liability for physical, psychological, or material damages occurring before, during, or after participation.

  • Clients are required to disclose relevant medical history and medications honestly. Failure to do so releases Lucid Horizons from liability to the extent permitted by law.

  • Lucid Horizons makes no medical claims about the effectiveness of psilocybin or any other modality.

  • While scientific studies show potential benefits, participation in Lucid Horizons programs is not medical treatment and does not replace professional healthcare.
