Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Florian Lanzer – Coaching for Personal Development and Transformation, operating under the brand Lucid Horizons.

2. Services
The services include:

• Coaching and mentoring
• Somatic work and related practices
• Psychedelic-informed preparation and integration coaching
• Where legally permitted (such as in the Netherlands): facilitation of psilocybin truffle sessions

No medical or psychiatric treatment is provided. These services are intended for personal development, education, and transformation.

3. Booking & Payment

• Sessions and programs can be booked via Webflow forms, Calendly, or direct email.
• Prices are communicated in advance, either on the website or individually.
• Payment must be made in advance unless a written agreement states otherwise.
• For multi-session packages, payment plans may be agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the session: full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days: 50% of the fee is due.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the fee is due.
• Sessions can be rescheduled once free of charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Client Responsibility

• Clients remain responsible for their own physical and mental health, choices, and actions before, during, and after sessions.
• Services do not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
• Clients are advised to consult with medical or psychological professionals where appropriate.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared in sessions is treated as strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law (for example, imminent risk of harm).

7. Legal Context

• In Germany, no psychedelic substances are offered, supplied, or consumed. Services are limited to coaching, somatic work, and integration.
• In the Netherlands, sessions may include facilitation of psilocybin truffles, which are legal there. Clients are responsible for their own legal compliance.

8. Liability

• The provider accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or outcomes connected to client participation.
• Travel, accommodation, and related arrangements are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
