4. Safety and Exclusions
Psychedelic experiences are not suitable for everyone. Participation is excluded for individuals who:All participants must complete an intake process before any psilocybin journey to assess safety and suitability
- Are under 18 years of age
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe bipolar disorder
- Have serious cardiovascular disease or other medical contraindications

- Participation in all Lucid Horizons activities is at the client’s own risk.
- Lucid Horizons and Florian Lanzer accept no liability for physical, psychological, or material damages that occur before, during, or after participation.
- Clients are required to disclose relevant medical history and medications honestly. Failure to do so excludes Lucid Horizons from liability.
6. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
- Lucid Horizons makes no medical claims about the effectiveness of psilocybin, microdosing, or any other modality.
- While scientific studies show potential benefits, participation in Lucid Horizons programs is not medical treatment and does not replace professional healthcare
7. Microdosing Coaching
- Microdosing coaching is educational only.
- Lucid Horizons does not supply psilocybin or other substances.
- All decisions regarding sourcing and use remain solely with the client.
